A half-day Guided trip to Prison lsland Tour

This island is known as prison island,is the one amongst of very interesting island in zanzibar where the cups of tourists prefer most to visit here and why not you too.

If you want to visit for the island on your trip ,this tour is for you, prison island is only about 5 kilometers north west from Stone town.It is recognized by four different names,you will know all of them in your trip, as your local tour guider will explain to you, you will know the reasons why it has four names.The island it self has a very interesting history since 1860 untill now, in the island you will learn history about zanzibar, slavery and defferent types of diseases, which deciminated people in 19 century.

Also in the island you will have the opportunity to meet and feed the oldest giant tortoise whose origin from sychelles since 19 century till now , on this island you can see the old prison, the tortoises, the peacocks and dick dick (small antelope)
